• Introduction These terms and conditions apply to the Di Rollo Ice Cream (UK) Ltd and Hearts FC Signed Shirt Giveaway.
• Eligibility The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Di Rollo Ice Cream (UK) Ltd and Hearts FC, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
• How to Enter To enter, participants must follow Di Rollo Ice Cream on Instagram. Participants must also complete the capture form available on the designated giveaway page. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• Entry Period Entries will be accepted from 11 July 2024 until 11:59 PM (GMT) on 30 August 2024. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
• Selection of Winner The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Di Rollo Ice Cream (UK) Ltd. The selection process will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
• Announcement of Winner The winner will be announced on 31 August 2024. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in the capture form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Di Rollo Ice Cream (UK) Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Prize The prize is a signed Hearts FC shirt. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Di Rollo Ice Cream (UK) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
